In the sphere of defense and guarantee of rights, the Abrinq Foundation operates in democratic spaces for the defense of rights, such as councils, forums, networks, commissions, among others, as well as in the strengthening of actors and social organizations for qualified intervention in these spaces, always focusing on the defense and promotion of the rights of children and adolescents.
Its actions also aim to improve the legal frameworks of childhood and adolescence, either by building new rights or by restraining actions to dismantle rights that have already been won. For this, the Abrinq Foundation acts directly in the Legislative Houses, mobilizing and engaging parliamentarians, councilors, companies and specialists, monitoring and influencing the construction and improvement of legislative production that relates, directly or indirectly, to the child and adolescent .
To engage the largest number of actors in the fight for the defense of the rights of children and youth, the Abrinq Foundation invests in mechanisms and platforms aimed at monitoring and popular control over social indicators, facilitating the access of the general population to information on vulnerabilities of your locality, state or region and can claim government actions, such as services, programs and projects that enforce the rights and guarantee the citizenship of children and adolescents.
